Research and Academic Centre "Kuzbass" announces the start of a Photo contest for International Day for Tolerance for international students

The aim of the contest is to expand knowledge and popularise national traditions, culture and history in the youth environment, and to develop a tolerant attitude towards International applicants and students. International students and applicants of Kuzbass universities are invited to take a photo revealing the national traditions, history and culture of their home country, and to upload it to their personal Instagram accounts with a description in Russian or English and the hashtag #НОЦРАЗНОООБРАЗИЕКУЛЬТУР by 31 October 2020.

On 3-16 November 2020, a vote will be opened in the account of the RAC “Kuzbass” @nots_42, the results of which will determine the list of finalists. All the participants who will receive the biggest numbers of votes in the open voting will be awarded with the certificates granting access to the "Russian as Foreigner Language" platform for one year. The platform contains all necessary materials for foreign students to study Russian; it has been developed by “IPR Media” company, a partner of the RAC “Kuzbass”.

Finally, the jury will select the winners in five categories, who will receive the main prizes. The results of the contest will be announced on 23 November 2020.
