Campus

Kemerovo State University is located in Kemerovo, the administrative centre of Kemerovo Region, also known as Kuzbass. The university campus has two clusters: the Central cluster of the Campus is located in the centre of the city, next to Sovetov Square, and the Eastern cluster of the Campus is located next to Stroiteley Boulevard. Apart from academic buildings and residential buildings, KemSU campus hosts the state-of-the art Planetarium, the swimming pool "Siberia", the sports complex "Panther", the student media centre, the Academy for high potential employees in Geology, the Centre for protection of Biodiversity, the Museum "History, Ethnography and Ecology of Siberia", a number of research laboratories, the Centre for professions of the Future, and the coworking-centre.
