Historical Youth Laboratory has been opened at the flagship university of Kuzbass

This event took place as a part of special project “University towards the 300th Anniversary of Kuzbass”. The Public Chamber of Kuzbass joined the project. Scientists of the Institute of History and International Relations together with students discussed the key milestones of the region's development history. A. N. Ermolaev, Doctor of Historical Sciences, professor, and A. Y. Karpinets, Candidate of Historical Sciences, associate professor, gave presentations.

It is worth mentioning that the historians of KemSU are going to publish the books on the history of Kuzbass in 3 volumes for the anniversary of the region. They have also prepared a series of popular science lectures dedicated to the 300th anniversary of Kuzbass. These lectures are going to be presented during the international conference “Ancient Art in the Context of Cultural and Historical Processes in Eurasia: the 300th Anniversary of the Scientific Discovery of Tomskaya Pisanitsa”, which will be held in Kemerovo on August 18-20, 2021.
