Dear international students,

According to the information of the Russian Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Protection and Welfare (Rospotrebnadzor), the Decrees of the Government of the Russian Federation №635-р dated March 16, 2020, and №763-р dated March 23, 2020 are now being amended in order to allow entry of foreign citizens to the Russian Federation for acquiring higher education (since September 1, 2020) and for continuing higher education (since October 15, 2020).

Since September 1, 2020, the educational format at KemSU is organised in the blended format: lectures and some seminars are taught online, other classes are taught face-to-face. Since entry to Russia is currently restricted for the purpose of ensuring state security, protecting public health and non-proliferation of a new coronavirus infection, the educational process for our international students who are in their home countries is organized with the use of distance learning technologies.
